Suzanne Therese Bercier Rayne, LA - Funeral services will be held at St. Joseph Catholic Church, Friday, March 28, 2014 at 11:00 am Mass of Christian Burial for Suzanne Therese Bercier, 39, who died Monday, March 24, 2014 at her parents residence in Roberts Cove, LA peacefully with her family. Interment will be in the St. Leo IV Cemetery in Roberts Cove, LA. Surviving are parents, Dr. Edwin L. Bercier III and Patricia Newman Bercier of Roberts Cove, six sisters, Christie Bercier Stearns and husband Dr. Zebediah A. Stearns of Eunice, Catherine Bercier Landry and husband Dr. David Landry of Lake Charles, Mary Bercier Mayeux and husband Peter Mayeux of Lafayette, Theresa Margaret Bercier of Roberts Cove, Bridget Bercier of Roberts Cove, Anne Clare Bercier of Roberts Cove, three brothers, Dr. Edwin L. Bercier IV and wife Lenore V. Bercier of Rayne, Dr. Anthony Bercier and wife Kayla Bercier of Rayne, John Paul Bercier of Roberts Cove, 18 nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by maternal grandparents, G.L. and Gladys Newman, paternal grandparents, Edwin and Clarice Bercier. Suzanne was the office manager and Expanded DailyDental Assistant for Bercier Family Dentistry in Rayne, LA.Suzanne was a member of St. Leo IV Catholic Church and its Right to Life Coordinator, and was a delegate of the Republican of Louisiana State Central Committee and volunteer at the Women's Center of Lafayette, LA. The Divine Mercy Chaplet will be prayed Thursday, March 27, 2014 at 3:00 pm. A rosary will be recited Thursday, March 27, 2014 at 7:00 pm at Gossen Funeral Home in Rayne, LA. Friends will be received at Gossen Funeral Home, Inc., Rayne, LA. Thursday, March 27, 2014 from 2:00 pm until 9:00 pm and Friday, March 28, 2014 from 8:00 am until 10:30 am.
